Paper Submission

Submit a full paper (IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style: two columns, single-spaced),
including figures and references, using 10 fonts, and number each page. You can confirm the IEEE Computer
Society Proceedings Author Guidelines at the following web page: URL:

Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with
the notification of acceptance. The proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press with 6 pages
(maximum) for each paper. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and
present their work at the conference.


Paper Submission and Publication

1. Proceeding: All accepted papers for IEEE CS proceeding will be published by IEEE CS series and will also be indexed by EI.

2. A selected number of the accepted papers will be invited for expanding and revising for possible inclusion
in special issues for the following international journals (SCI, SCI(E), SSCI):

1) IJTM: International Journal of Technology Management (SSCI, SCI(E))
2) Cybernetics and Systems (Taylor & Francis, SCI(E))
3) Journal of Universal Computer Science (Graz University of Technology, Austria, SCI(E))
4) Information Sciences (SCI): possiible publication

Paper Presentation Type: Oral or Poster (Choice)

- Receive and check all camera-ready papers.
- Provide full communication and assistance to authors and organizers throughout publication process.
- Obtain all required copyright, Library of Congress/ISSN, ISBN, and other bibliographical registration details.
- Design and prepare covers, title pages, copyright notices, contents, author indices, introductions or forewords, and section headings.
- Paginate book and affix individual copyright notices as needed.
- Manage all printing, typography, binding, and shipping arrangements for on-time arrival at the conference site.
- Market and promote to more than 100,000 IEEE Computer Society members worldwide, university and technical libraries, major technical booksellers and wholesalers.
- Include the publication in the IEEE Computer Society online store.
- Arrange for indexing through IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI, and other indexing services.
- Archive the publication to IEEE XploreTM and the IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries.
- CPS will format your publication according to IEEE Computer Society standards. The final, camera-ready papers need to be submitted in IEEE-XploreTM compliant PDF format to - CPS at least ten weeks prior to the conference delivery date.

Conference publications published by the IEEE Computer Society's Conference Publishing Services (CPS) are professionally indexed through INSPEC¢ç. Produced by the IET1, INSPEC is the leading English-language bibliographic information service providing access to the world's scientific and technical literature in physics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications, control engineering, computers and computing, and information technology. All CPS conference publications are also submitted for indexing to EI's Engineering Information Index, Compendex¢ç, (Elsevier http://www.ei.org/), and ISI Thomson's Scientific and Technical Proceedings¢ç, ISTP¢ç/ISI Proceedings, and Current Contents on Diskette¢ç (ISI Thomson http://www.isinet.com/). IEEE conference publications are not indexed in ISI Thomson's Science Citation Index (SCI), a journal index, nor are they cited in ISI Thomson's Journal Citation Report (JCR). ISI Thomson does not currently index CD-ROMs, only print products.

IEEE conference publications may also be indexed into specialized indexing services based on their content topic.

All abstract and indexing services are operated by independent companies and the IEEE has no control over their editorial practices and policies.
